The museum has partnered with the Mississippi Children’s Museum (MCM) and LeFleur’s Bluff State Park to host Park after Dark.

This year’s theme at our museum is “Monsters: Real and Imagined” and includes:
- Kid-friendly dinosaurs,
- “Wild Rumpus” romp with the wild things,
- Spooky science,
- “Little Monsters” carnival games,
- Moon observations with NASA’s friendly “werewolves”, and
- Dr. Hendrixson‘s not-too-monstrous spiders!
Painted Faces by Emily Schmidt will also be at our museum. Emily’s awesome face painting is not included with your Park After Dark ticket. Emily’s unique designs are $6, $8, or $10. Cash or CC accepted.
